Interestingly enough, the tone is listed as Dark despite the header. If that's extremely bright, I guess I need my eyes checked again.

It is Tan's store. It's called gemburionline last time but a month or two back he changed it to gemcatalogue. The logo of gemburionline is still used as the store's logo though.
