Extraordinary sapphire-ruby-topaz wristband/armband

I want to show off a pretty unusual wristband/armband (could also be used to stick hair together as a braid).

Consists of
- Various sapphires
- Various rubies
- 2 large sky blue topazes (10 x 7 mm)
- 18 somewhat smaller topazes (some clear white ones)
- 2 Star rubies each 7 x 5 mm

I love the specialness, but unfortunately it's a little to broad for my muse's wrist,
and as a braid, her hair are too short...
