Welcome to Pricescope!

Depth means the measurement from the top to the bottom of a diamond. The table is the largest facet on top of a diamond, the flat surface. Read up on the advanced tutorial as this gives an excellent overview of the diamond basics.

Is this a Princess cut? Actually you could improve on the cut, at least good for symmetry is what you want, personally I wouldn't consider a diamond with fair. We don't have any way of knowing if the cut is decent or not, I suspect not with the symmetry rating and a couple of other factors, I would ask the vendor for detailed pictures of this diamond, and if he has it an ASET image, which can help to judge how this diamond handles light.

If you would like, give us an idea of budget, and we can help you find a lovely diamond. It is cut which makes a stone beautiful, so it is well worth concentrating on.
