Being VVS1 clarity, this diamond does not need any re-polishing. There is no integrity issue to worry about.

I'd be much more bothered by a chip on a diamond, and its GIA report, that I'm buying than a chip that I put onto a diamond.

I cannot get good pictures with my cellphone but I attempted to get a couple as inconspicuously as I could at a restaurant! I told her that taking a picture of three diamonds in one photo is about like taking a picture with three children. Those with children will understand!(Fortunately all the diamonds looked far better in person!)
