Expert Selection??!!?!?!

Can somebody help me understand why this would be an expert selection?

I understand that red on the idealscope means light reflection, and there is plenty of that on this IS image, but what about the symmetry? This looks like it has plenty of red, but there are no clean "arrows" visible on the IS.
Please help me, because I need to pull the trigger soon!!! I am in the process of booking a trip for my soon-to-be fiancee's birthday which is Feb 26th, and I would like that to be the big day!!! I just need to find a good .75 (or close) and setting for around $2200 that I can get in my hands by then!

The bulk of ES stones are phenominally cut, but there are a few less well cut stones too. The primary focus is value for the money.

Nearly the same money, and MUCH better cut.
