I'm a little concerned about the inclusions. They look very obvious in the picture. (and yes I know that it's magnified...but still)
I was told that the "Nature of the SI1 is white and its 100% eye clean."

No, it's good. All the images look good.

Eye clean depends on the person and the types of inclusions. I am often able to see inclusions on VS1 diamonds and as such went with a VVS for me soon to be Fiance (hopefully). As long as they have some sort of return policy, you should be fine there.

This diamond does otherwise look great.

I think it looks great. For 99% eyeclean SI1 is just that. Completely clean. And that's a very nice stone. Go for it.
