Experiences buying on line from Ritani.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has bought anything from Ritani, on line. Were you satisfied with the product? Did you think you got good value? Were they helpful? Did you have to return anything. How did that go?

I bought two things, a loose diamond and a wedding band. I kept the band but had to return the diamond. The return was easy as pie, they give you a prepaid label. I found their prices on loose diamonds to be excellent and surprisingly affordable, but they didn't have a setting I wanted, which is the only reason I ended up returning the diamond and going with Blue Nile.
