Experience/Opinion of HRD cert??

I'm looking at a few stones with both HRD and GIA certificates. I've heard and read alot about the GIA cert, but not much on the HRD. Does anyone have any opinions on or experiences with(good or bad) the HRD certificate?

HRD certs are the most respected European close equivalents to GIA.
