I would call the BBB and see if they will help sometimes they are a help other times they are a joke.
I would think that tiffs would hate to have any open bbb complaints so they might be able to help.
If nothing else it might make you feel better about it to have done something.

They dont say out of how many complaints but the fact they didnt even bother answering one shows me that I would not do business with them.


Its worth a call maybe they will have better luck helping you out.
