Expanding the search J-N .96-1.1ct stone for 2800?

To all of you who have helped me thus far with suggestions, I appreciate them. But none of the suggestions meet my needs/budget.

Any suggestions on the best cut stone between J-N .96-1.1ct stone for 2800?

I am currently looking at this one for 2600, but am told it's too deep. Although if nothing else pops up, I think I'm going to buy it and get an ideal scope and look at with my own eyes and return it if it doesn't have the fire and brillance that I am expecting.

But perhaps the increase in diamond price is why I'm not finding any similar for the same price? HP's N is out of my budget range.

I had suggested earlier and still think you should call ID jewelry. Many pricescopers have used them and have been very happy. They have a lot of stones within your budget. And I would trust them to help you find one

Would you consider an antique stone? Google Old European Cut diamonds and see if you like how they look. Those are fairly plentiful in that color range and places like Old World Diamonds and JbEG could surely help you I would guess. I've not used Old World but they seem well liked here. Call and see what they can do for you. Also I can personally vouch for JbEG -- stone in my avatar is from their online store and my future fiance highly highly highly recommends them.
