Examples of east west marquise pendant?

I know this is very specific but I'm looking to set my fancy yellow marquise east west on a yellow gold pendant. I'm worried it's going to flip over when I move my neck. Is it possible to make one successfully? Here's some inspiration:

Ok. You have to use your imagination, but what if you did something like this using a pave V-shaped bail or like the oval? By adding the details at NESW, it will help avoid the pendant from looking eye shaped, which some want to avoid.

I like the bezel set one. I would suggest you speak with the vendor making the pendant and specify that you want a pendant that will not flip. Hopefully someone on this forum has an east/west marquise pendant. Good luck, it will be beautiful.

I like them both, but I think my preference is the halo, but with the concealed bale at the back so the chain passes through. I think that would stop it flipping.

Mine isn't a marquise... it's an antique duchess cut diamond, which is sort of similar.

And my east-west setting was actually a mistake as it was meant to be set north-south on a bail which is why I never posted this, but I suppose it may be helpful to you!

I think a design where the chain can run through the back would be best. Mine doesn't flip but it does migrate to the side- it's fixed to the chain.
