Listing is pretty nondescript.
early 1900’s
the prongs make me think rhinestone……
but not convinced that’s so.

not sure if I’m interested enough to bother the seller with questions.
what do you think?

I think sapphires. The construction (rope twist and baskets) looks like some Thai rings that I have. So maybe Thai made.
The pin mechanism makes me think mid century.....but I could be all wrong

I’m just guessing. Lack of uniformity of color and cut makes me wonder if they could be sapphires. Pin closure doesn’t scream rhinestone, seems higher quality. If metal is gold not base, I’d definitely check it out. I think 18k was used more than 14k in Asian jewelry. Good luck!
