Even More Spinel !

Yet more spinel on the bloc! This time hot pinks, orange and perfect sapphire blue. The catch ? There is silk... the stones have hot colors and a soft personality.

Here's what GIA says about Mahenge spinel (LINK) with a portrait of the picture-perfect standard for the new species! And below are a cuple of examples with the trademark silk.

Conclusions? These colors don't look like anything else

Just praying for some stars of perfect color in the next seazon

I agree that's very nice.
I've seen some of them during the last Bangkok show in february but the spinels that were presented there were not that bright. They were brownish type sad stones...
I have to get one or two of these sweeties!
