Hello. We are close to a buying decision and would like some advice. We have done a lot of reseach and are the proud owners of a loupe and the ideal scope. The 1st stone is really clean looking and is a Superb Cut.. The other stone is slightly bigger. Can anyone help us determine the Raraport and/or wholesale price of these stones? Any opinions on reasons for or against either??????????

1st stone
1.91 carat
G
VS2 (cloud right in the middle)
8.03 x 8.06 x 4.91 MM
Depth 61%
Table 56%
Crown angle 34.4, crown height 14.6%
PAvilion angle 41, 43.1%
Girdle 1.4 - bruted
Culet 0.6
Polish Excellent
Symmetry Excellent
Flour - none
Ideal - scope : very little leakage
Light performance analysis - Very high on all fire, color and scintillation
SUPERBCERT - H&A, GIA Cert, AGS000 Cert
________________________________________________________________________________________
2nd Stone
2.02
F
SI1 (GIA cert says - but 2 independent appraisers would rate a VS2)
8.14 x 8.22 x 5.00 MM
Depth 61.1%
Table 58%
Crown angle 33.7, crown height 14.6%
PAvilion angle 41.4
Girdle Medium, Faceted
Culet - small
Polish Very Good
Symmetry Good
Flour - none
Ideal Scope: Little leakage in the center
GIA Cert

Thanks so much! Looking forward to my responses. :twirl:

I am probably the minority here :cheeky:, but given a choice between quality and size, I would prefer to qo with quality, especially when it comes to cut.

David
