Hmm, I'm kind of not surprised--haven't seen them together in ages! She's always at events or being photographed alone or with a close friend...Mario Lopez,etc.
 
Its called gossip/rumors...lets wait and see what their reps say in the future before we completely assume it is the truth.
 
Yeah this has been shot down as not true by various sources so don't believe it thank goodness! Think they are such a cute couple.
 
My jaw actully dropped when I read this. Glad to hear it is being denied. I really felt, like everyone else, the they were going to be different.

I mean, she is one of the few that actually LEFT California to be with her beau.

Me, too! I immediately felt sad when I read this as they have seemed very committed to each other despite their other obligations.

ETA: But if they are going their separate ways, Eva should definitely sell her ring to me (at a very reasonable price, of course, since there would be lots of bad energy surrounding it and whatnot).

I'm reading that HE filed for divorce in TX ... and that it was a surprise to her. She's canceled some scheduled TV appearances since then so ... where there's smoke ...

Dreamer, my rule is usually that I will believe it once it hits the cover of "US Weekly" or "People" magazines, it is going to come true at some point. They are really good about checking their sources, and I don't think I have ever seen them print a retraction.

Even TMZ has only posted one or two retractions.

Agree! And usually a denial from a publicist is a strong indication it's true. That or saying their client had an "allergic reaction" to explain a hospital visit ;). Even the Enquirer got the John Edwards story spot on and everyone thought that one was too outrageous to be true.
 
Sad...but weren't there cheating rumors from the very beginning of their marriage? Something about a French girlfriend or am I completely making this up? :cheeky:

I didn't hear anything like that - but I didn't really 'follow' them as a couple, until now.

I feel that they were mismatched on looks - she is stunning and he well, not so much. Not that looks matter, but equal is often better. And look at Tiger woods; he is not too hot looking but his ex was beautiful and still he went dipping his wick. There is no accounting for it; well unless you get out a calculator, If you know what I mean :$$): :wink2: .

Hollywood marriages/relationships are nothing else but Ephemeral.

Apparently the latest rumor is that she plans to file for divorce because she found out that he was carrying on an inappropriate text-based relationship ala Tiger (is that possible?) with someone for over a year. Did anyone else see this?

Again only gossip, but we shall soon see.

Bunny, from what you hear about basketball players, I completely think that every single one of them has cheated on thier significant other (If not physically, then at least the inappropriate realationships thru email, text, or cell). Especially with all the traveling and groupies that hang out around their hotels. I think there are even some wives that are fine with it, as long as they get to stay married (I thought some ex-wives did a documentary at some point.)
 
Well looks like they just confirmed it with the court this morning (CNN). Sad anytime a marriage ends.. Hope they both find peace and there's no big scandal. You never know what goes on between two people.
