Etsy CS Vendor Question

Has anyone bought from or heard of VIP gemstones? I did a search but came up empty. I was puttering around online (so dangerous) waiting on a flight and saw this pretty colored stones, which they claim is a Pad. Having followed both the Pad threads breathlessly I can't quite square this is natural as stated. I am also a tad curious as to why there is not a single stone on the site that is photographed head on-window much?

Is it diffused, that’s a pretty typical color of diffused sapphire.
