Hi everyone,
I''ve been going back and forth between James Allen and Eternity Diamonds for an e-ring. Maine criteria are a sophisticated online search for diamonds (so I can check with the cut adviser!) and a physical location in NYC to view the stones.
So far both have been very helpful, but Eternity Diamonds has been particularly great. Good prices, nice settings, and prompt customer service. Plus they have an awesome "try it before you buy it policy." Since it seems they''re fairly new to price scope I was going to keep an updated post here as my search continues (unless people here frown on that?). This way PSers unfamiliar with the shop can see how the buying process goes.
That said, and before I do, is there any reason to be skeptical of such a new PS vendor?
Thanks!
