Since it's going to be impossible for me to run into Manhattan to do my diamond thing for some time to come, I decided to take advantage of Eternity Diamonds "try it at home" offer and ordered the two settings I liked the best in sterling silver and CZs. The problem is- I like them both. If pushed to make a decision, I like the halo best (changes would have to be made to the sizes of the diamonds in the setting) and my husband likes the three stone best, but worn as a stand alone piece with no wedding band.
I think down the road I'll pick up the "Claire" eleven stone band (made with larger diamonds) to wear as a stacker. I've always wanted a four prong per stone band.
Sooooo ..... let me know what you think. Like them? Hate them? The Tessa set is very reasonably priced, and it will be even more so in this instance since I would have Yoni make the rings with I/J color diamonds to match my center stone.
The last alternative is one I don't have a sample of. As a temporary set, I was going to order a six prong solitaire setting with the Claire band to wear for a year or two, but Yoni doesn't seem to have a six prong on his site. I'll have to ask about that.
