First, I'd like to thank everyone who helped with the purchase of my diamond for an engagement ring. I ended up going with one from WF. I'm now looking into settings.
Of course, WF offers a big selection of settings. But I'm hoping to find something that looks like the Dimend Scaasi Alessandra (seems popular here) without having to send it Dimend Scaasi in Chicago:

In essence, I'm looking for a tapered cathedral with the cross bar thing (so the side view is of the entire diamond). The closest I can find from WF is the "Sleek Lines" setting:

The Alessandra setting doesn't look particularly unique and my sister even has a similar one from Macy's. So I'm hoping people can point me to a NYC-based location that can set the diamond for me. There's so many NYC places that I don't know where to start. It would also be easier this way, in case the sizing is off. Now, this is the first time I've ever done anything like this. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the stone set? And does it typically come with cleaning services?
