Quick question. Do you know that you want a 'D' colored stone? Completely fine if you do, but I would tend to say going down a (or several) color grades will save you quite a bit of money and still look colorless. Just a thought!

Hello,
Looks like WF and other places, for .8 to 1.0 stones are limited.

Does this stone look good for a center stone? It's nice Will I run into any problems with the VS1 ftrs in the lower half when this stone is monted? No, feathers in VS1 of this size are nothing to worry about at all, and if you have WF set the stone in a setting they make they have liability for the setting procedure anyway

Thanks

You shouldn't have any issues with inclusions with VS1 clarity. There are more qualified experts here, but my thinking is that, yes the stone looks pretty good, but you can find better angles on the cut. If I were making the decisions, I'd drop down a bit in color (maybe clarity), and put the money towards either cut or carat.
