Hi everyone,
After months of reading these forums and getting help from everyone's posts, I finally made a decision and got a ring finished from whiteflash

It's a 1.53 princess
G, VS1
VG,VG

it's in a platinum custom whiteflash setting with 8 2point princess on each side in a channel set (I kind of copied the setting of of one seen on this forum https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/easter-proposal-and-now-heres-my-asscher.43723/ hopefully this isn't bad etiquette but i just loved the setting the first time i saw it)


i think they did a wonderful job building the ring... she loves it.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments.

She helped me pick out the stone but I had the setting custom made from Whiteflash. The two most important things to me were that it wasn''t too tall and that the band wasn''t too thick. i think they did a wonderful job addressing both... it''s 2.7mm wide and culet actually almost touches the band, as low as possible.
I think I caught her off guard as much as I could.
I''ll post more pictures tomorrow once I size some of them down... I got a few of the requisite flower shot that I think look pretty nice

The best comment I''ve had so far is when my father saw it and said he couldn''t even tell what the ring looked like because it was like a big ball of light.
I was pretty happy to hear that.

We both love it!!!

If I''m not mistaken, Mara and I saw that stone when we visited WF in May, and as I recall, we both picked that as one of our favorites of all the princess stones we were shown.
