The house is my family''s summer house in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York; the view is of Lake Champlain. We have always planned to get married at the house (or right outside it) so it was a perfect place to propose!

The setting, by Vera Wang, has teeny tiny micropave around the band (like 3/4 eternity), AND up the prongs! I love love love love it!

I don''t get any cell phone service (or internet) up there, so I had to divert all my wanting to tell people energy into taking lots and lots of pictures of my ring every day for the week between the proposal and getting cell service/internet again....
