emoticons or pics and Windows 7 help?

Hi if someone call help me I would appreciate it. I use to be able to have two windows open and pull over emoticons or pics of rings on PS but now I can''t. Any tips on how to do that on Windows 7, please? thank you

Can you hit "file" and "new tab" or "new window"? I haven''t upgraded to Windows 7 yet, but I have to do that on my Apple. I love still being able to "Crtl N" my new window.

I tried w/2 windows open and there is a new tab but while I hold the photo it doesn't open like it should. Thanks though. What is ctrl N do? let me try that but if it won't drag over w/2 windows maybe it won't work?

I''m technologically challenged! Sometimes, I just open two Explorers when I get frustrated.

But I never was able to drag over. I always have to paste and insert for emoties.

GAH!!! I am a ROCKSTAR!! My daughter would laugh at the thought that I could help anyone with a computer question.

Although, now I need to know how to drag emoties. I tried it once, but got impatient. I guess I'll try again.

But everytime I complain, she says get a MAC...

You pull them, without letting go of your mouse or they drop if that makes sense, but then you drop them in the open page
