Emerald Cut Tanzanite

It's delicious. Could not be happier with the stone or Dana on this one Once we're done with the move, I'll be back to post more pictures of other things I've acquired Like a delicious unheated yellow zircon, a gorgeous kyanite, a Portuguese cut malaia garnet, a few stones from BK, a mali garnet and a perfectly pink tourmaline. ETA: Forgot to mention my ring from Diamonds By Lauren too

This little fella fits right into my rainbow perfectly somewhere between the blue and purple

Dana is a great lapidary and guy. He runs http://mastercutgems.com/ His prices (IMO) are GREAT, especially since the quality is EXCELLENT. I bought the spinel in my grandma's bracelet from him too.

Tanzanite is pleochroic, so the stone displays purple and blue and has some nice red flashes too boot!
