This post is a little delayed as I celebrated my 40th in June, but nonetheless I am finally sharing.
I wanted something special to commemorate my "BIG" milestone birthday. Originally I planned to replace the AVC pendant I sold last year but instead decided on an emerald cut pendant.
So I began my search. It was definitely more difficult than I thought it would be to find a “worthy” emerald cut. In the end, defeated and frustrated, I decided to turn to Jon from Gold Old Gold to assist with my search. I gave Jon the specifics, including budget, and he came back with 3 potential stones. After careful consideration, along with showing the options to my husband, we selected a beautiful stone.
I had it set in a very simple white gold setting and it looks amazing. It’s a great size for a pendant too.
On to the stats:
Carat: 0.90
Color: I
Clarity: SI1 (completely eye clean)
Measurements: 6.65 (length) x 4.62 (width) x 3.04 (depth)
