could someone please checkout this sarin report and let me know if $5125 is a good price for this stone. I have done a light analysis also and it came back high to very high in white color, scintilation, brightness.
I am concerned about the crown and pavilion stats though. Every stat seems to be ideal for an emerald cut but these two are off. Any help with this decision would be greatly appreciated.

A dire warning comes along with these sort of file attachments. Click on it yourself and see what it says. Most people posting here just put the details out in their message as downloading a potential virus attachment is not going to be something anyone would want to do.

I like what I am reading. It has the potential to be a very nice diamond.

Do a Pricescope search for similar and you will see how it is priced in a competitive market. That is by far the best way to know if the price you are being asked is a good value.

thank you for the reply....the price turns out to be right in the ball park of a decent deal. It is an engagement ring so I really appreciated your input. So you see no red flags with this stone?

Thank you again for your help.

Oh, I did a search and found this!
Is it normal to find emerald cuts with a more than 10% culet on the Sarin when the GIA Report says no culet?

An EC with good light return reading

Lucky you !

About the culet... well, I suppose the Sarin and GIA report see 'culets' as two different animals: Sarin reports the length of that edge (keel) on the bottom of the stone, and GIA says that "this stone does not end in a point, but with a keel while 'culet' mean a pointy thing".
