Elusive Mark?

hi all!
Has anyone ever seen this mark? It looks like a rose in a tiara or wreath but I can't find anything like it online.

You could try moving this thread to the antique forum or using some of the links there to help find the hallmarks sites

Thanks foxinsox, I don't think it's antique... I've also searched so many databases of hallmarks and haven't found it, I just thought someone here might know offhand who made it. Thanks so much for answering!
