Elbow update

PT went pretty good today.
She was pleased with how much more range of motion I have in it and thinks that the pain level should drop when the swelling goes down.
Just keep on working on it was pretty much what she said.

Keep at that PT. My daughter had her shoulder surgery last August and she still goes to PT 3 times a week but she finally can start her pitching program again.

It has seemed like a long road - but at least he can move his arm now...I just wished I could have been there personally to encourage him...but one of the many "if only"''s in our life in the past 10 years.
