How do these diamonds look to you? EGL uses percents for crown and pav angles, these aren't as accurate as angles. If you like the look of these diamonds, pay out a bit extra and make the sale contingent on an independant appraisal. EGL are said by some to be softer on grading so you want to make sure these diamonds check out. EGL Europe are also thought to be softer on grading than EGL USA which is said to be the strongest of the EGL labs. Also check these diamonds out in as many different lights as you can, often inclusions can pop out in some lights more than others, likewise the colour. These might appraise as J colour I1 clarity if they did grade lower, so you want to make sure you get what you are paying for. These might be attractive diamonds and worth 100 - 150USD appraisal fee ( approximate figure.)

Best of luck!

Alternately...based on the given information, both prove out nicely in the HCA, and if you''ve been able to see them, to confirm their attractive look, why not.

1) They''re for studs, after all, so will not be seen by the wearer very often, and
2) Check pricing here, making sure to only check "other" for certifying agency (unchecking AGS & GIA, as these are not being compared to either). You''ll see pricing is dead on for where it should be on these boards...which is basically good, as diamonds listed here:

a) are listed in a very competitive environment, and
b) are largely made available to customers, unseen, and at a distance, whereas you
c) can see these
d) and go back regularly for whatever service needs (cleaning, tightening, etc).

Do read here about EGL. If you want the color & clarity described, you may need to keep looking, as Lorelei has noted, but...if you simply like these, and note that they have the stated qualities...they are fairly priced, as I see. And a provisional check of the cut info is pretty encouraging.

Regards,
