EGL USA "Ideal Plus"

I am curious if anyone knows how EGL USA defines "Ideal Plus". I emailed them (EGL USA) a while ago asking about this and never heard back. Anyone know what their criteria is for ''ideal'' versus ''ideal plus''? I was just curious b/c a sales lady a couple of weeks ago could not tell me the specs on a diamond, she could just keep saying over and over ''but it is EGL Ideal Plus, it doesn''t get any better'' - how could anyone trust that when she couldn''t even say what ideal versus ideal plus was!!!
