EGL Question

What is the deal with EGL? Is it best to stay clear or can they be a great value?

EGL can be poor or a good value. The only EGL I would trust is EGL USA. EGL Europe and Israel aren''t worth the paper its printed on because the grading is usually off by 2 grades or more. If you have no plans to upgrade/sell the stone, a EGL USA diamond (and appraised that the stone is correctly graded) can be a good buy.
