Educate me! Why is the WF diamond here worth more than the one from JA?

I don’t know a lot about all the stats that define really well-cut MRBs. I am fully prepared to believe this Whiteflash diamond is a better diamond, but can someone use their quarantine free-time to explain to me WHY it is better? Would love to start understanding. So here are two random diamonds from their respective sites:

I appreciate everyone here so much that contributes their time!

Unfortunately the JA listing does not include the GIA report data so no real comparative analysis can be made.

If you obtain the GIA report from JA, please update this thread.

Among SI graded diamonds, there seems to be quite allot of difference of how distracting the clarity characteristics are at 1X (the grade is about how much is there to see, sum total, at 10X), then, prices are not precisely consistent - certainly not accross sources (arbitrage is on us).

I am not sure if the small dark inclusions of the JA stone are more distracting than the white/transparent one in the WF stone, in both stones inclusions are small & scattered & subtle, I think.

As the two diamonds stand as they are posted, the WF diamond is better because you have all the statistics about it, can see that it has a top rated AGS report and has the backing of the WF analysis of each stone they sell that is within their inventory.

Confidence in a product shows in transparency in what is being sold. You may call WF to discuss this stone and any other in their inventory. They can take pictures and videos for you to compare against another stone(s) of your choosing. These services might be somewhat limited today because of the current situation but they would welcome your call and your questions.

I can’t tell you about much of that in regard to the James Allen stone. The biggest negative I can tell you about it is that the black inclusion in the table would be very concerning to me. Just don’t have enough info on the James Allen stone to make an accurate assessment.

Whiteflash stones are H&A, AGS000 stones.

Info on how AGS grades light performance vs GIA

WF provides images so you know what you are getting (Aset, Idealscope, Hearts and Arrow images) We dont have any of these images for the JA
stone (you can request the GIA report so we can get the numbers).

That JA stone is most likely not an H&A stone. I personally think its got some pretty good leakage under the table (Aset or Idealscope image would
tell us for sure).

That JA stone is surely discounted for that black bird flying across the table (kind of a cool inclusion if inclusions can be cool).

JA does not have the upgrade policy that WF has (2x cost vs. just spend more than stone you are trading in). You may or may not care about
this if you can figure out that you will never be upgrading.

Thank you so much to every one who replied!
