. Not sure if it's really the inventory selection or that the new site doesn't show them in a flattering light.

laying on the side on a p1 facet never shows them in there best way and the new setup is less predictable/consistent than the old one as to how the ASET will look compared to the photos.
One advantage is you can see pavilion faceting and crown height so it is not all bad.
overall it is likely a wash, neither was enough to make a decision.
Get a gemologist opinion on both while they are doing the ASET images.

Chrono highlighted the obstruction I was talking about -- a dark band accross the central facets.

Thank you Dreamer. The photos from Chrono were a great visual for me. I appreciate your help! I am getting ASETs so we'll see how those turn out.
