ebay or gmail maybe?

I just bought something with BIN on ebay and I have yet to get a "you won" or payment receipt email for any of it. So odd. Does anybody know, is this a change to ebay? Or maybe my gmail account out of whack?

Sometimes I won't get the payment received for hours after paying on ebay. I'd wait.
