Are they an urban legend? Unicorn? Basically do reputable vendors on these sites exist? I see some pretty diamond tennis bracelets but am wary of spending so much to get a "knockoff"...

Well $2000 is a lot more realistic than $650. I'd say the $650 model is CZ.

The listing for the 650 USD one does say it is "created" diamonds.

You always need to read the listings very carefully.
no 2 ebay one does say it’s “created diamonds” so it is CZ.
the first one is likely genuine but the quality of diamonds is low. They will be low in colour and low in clarity ie I1 or I2.
i buy a lot from eBay. I’ve bought 2 diamond bracelets off eBay, I’ve bought “pre loved” and from established business sellers. Established many years and thousands of feedback. Many ebay vendors have bricks and mortar stores as well as using eBay. These sellers are safer.
It is crucial you read the listing carefully and examine all the photos. You have to be cautious when buying from sellers based in Asian countries.

This isn’t the forum to discuss it, but if you’re looking at CZ you might want to also consider lab-grown diamonds as an option. Just my two cents.

Would you trust this? Seller is 45 mins away & says bracelet comes w/ appraisal & that they are all natural diamonds

A vendor who can't even be bothered to spell tennis bracelet correctly would make me suspicious...
