To summarize: This is a no-refunds, sight unseen, cash up front deal from a complete stranger for a broken undocumented diamond.
The seller doesn't even pretend to know anything about what he/she has beyond insisting that the grading is 100% accurate . They haven't sold anything at all since 2009 and then it was an assortment of Apple stuff and a motorcycle. The buyers were apparently happy enough to leave a positive feedback but 3/11 of them actually complained within the body of their message.

What's the question again?
 
that was what I thought ,especially the non return policy .but the price is too attractive for a HOF ( if it really is ) .
