Eating Disorder Help Please

Yenny, I'm so sorry your niece and family are going through this. I don't have any personal experience except that I am close friends with a number of people who have struggled with eating disorders, and they have all found ways to cope and thrive in adulthood. Most of them were athletes as pre-teens and teens, and have used running and exercise as a coping mechanism through adulthood. I am hopeful that your niece will find the care and treatment that she needs, and am sending healing vibes for her and her family. (((hug)))
