Earring Project-Adwar/Whiteflash

Two years ago, when I got married, I had Whiteflash make me a halo pendant for my wedding. I wear it all the time and love the little disco ball of bling!

For the past year I've been saving up for earrings, preferably ones that dangle. Studs don't look very good on me...not sure why, but they don't! As a gift to myself and partially to celebrate our second anniversary and for me completing my Masters Degree, I decided to bite the bullet and get myself some earrings!!


A couple of months ago I started inquiring to different PS vendors about making dangle stud earrings...JA, GOG, Wink, and WF. After realizing that I could only afford small studs, I decided to pump them up and make matching earrings to my original wedding pendant. I'm not usually a "matchy matchy" type person, but I love my pendant so much, it's ok.

Here is a picture that Vera sent me of the setting. WF has already started on the earrings, but will not be done until next week. Not sure what the red stuff is, but I''m sure that will be all polished away by the time I get them.

They will be setting it from a leverback so that they dangle!

Center Diamonds- .25 ct. each or .50ctw- Expert Selection Diamonds
Halo Diamonds- 48- .01 ct ACAs

my purple pendant is doing very well thank you. The only bad thing about it being purple is that it doesnt always "match" my outfits the way a diamond would......so I don''t get to wear it as often as I would like. But, I do love it.

Jelly, I''ve always LOVED your pendant and if my first engagement ring stone wasn''t sitting in a custom made mounting, I''d definitely order yours, no questions asked. It''s just perfect in every way. I love the bling factor!

Congratulations on getting your Masters -- what''s it in? I would like to pursue my Masters as well (so I could be a nursing instructor) but I fear by the time I get it I will be at retirement age LOL. Next year I graduate with a 2-year Associates degree (despite the 2 years of pre-requisites AND 2 years of nursing clinicals). After that I plan on working full-time while continuing my education part-time -- but I will be 44 this month! Anyway, your earrings sound lovely, enjoy -- you deserve them!
