Ear Threads/Threaders

I haven't seen anything on PS on this topic yet, so I'll start it.

Ear threads! So incredibly fun and unique, but in my opinion, dainty and feminine. I just got mine from Etsy shop Leas Ear Threads http://www.etsy.com/shop/LeasEarThreads
I got them in the mail and put them right on (probably should've washed 'em, but I was too excited!)

Those are cute! And that's a really clever idea - I love the drop design and I loathe long danglies, and I'm sure others are just the opposite!

Do you find it uncomfortable to thread them through your ears? And how well do the plastic backs hold them at the length you want?

I haven't had a chance to play fully with them, but they're fun!
My only problem was getting both ears to be symmetrical , the plastic backs are pretty secure.
Threading them through my ear was more of a strange sensation than uncomfortable. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon enough.
