The ring was custom made by Engagement Rings Direct (Mark Turnowski).

I''m lucky to live just a short walk from their office (!), so I met with Gary Friedman there and gave him some photos and instructions as to what I wanted.

He made a ring for me that was EXACTLY what I wanted.
