Dream Diamond and Sapphire trilogy ring set

I thought I’d share my Dream ring. Was going to wait for my 20th, but life’s short, so I did it for my 19th Anniversary year. I added two unheated AAAAA intense blue sapphires to my diamond and my jeweler put surprise diamonds on the side of the ring for me. I also had a new band custom ordered from a wonderfully nice jeweler on Etsy. I can’t be happier, so sharing with you all!
