Does anyone have any rings with a double claw prong head? If so, will you please post a few profile shots of your ring please? I'd be greatly appreciative. I'm deciding weather I should do a double claw prong for my round, or just do a regular 4 prong head. But the thing is, I don't think I've ever seen any side shots of any rings with a double claw prong before? I love the look of double claw prongs, but not sure how the side view looks. Any pics would GREATLY help!

Thanks!

Here you go :)

The ring is made by Leon Mege. Personally, I prefer the double claws over single.

See my thread for more detailed pics of the ring.

Here's mine! My ring is from Mark Turnowski at Engagement Rings Direct. Double claw prongs are the best!

Hello Antiquecusionseeker, is your ring the Brooklyn setting from ERD? Thanks!

Hi, Yes, my setting is based on the Brooklyn. However, I asked Mark to separate the claws on the prongs, so there would be space in between, if that makes sense. In his original setting, I believe they are "stuck together."

Here is mine by Steven Kirsch. I am a big fan of double claw prongs too :)

Double claw =

Here are couple of pics mine, they are quite fine and separate the whole way down the prong.

Hope this helps!

Hi Antiquecushionseeker,

I have been obsessed with that ring for a while and it has been hard for me to find any info on it. Would you be able to direct me to your original thread please. Thanks!

Here it is.

The differences between my setting and the Brooklyn are the split prongs, the donut (which is cushion shaped) and the width-- 2mm, instead of 1.9mm.

I was running into the same problem when working with Mark. I couldn't find real life pictures of the setting anywhere. Hopefully these will help you make your decision!
