Donut or no donut?

I’m ordering 3 prong martini studs around 3 ctw. Should o get the donut or no donut? I want then to sit down in my lobe, but is stretching of the hole a real concern? They will be platinum so I’m not worried about irritation.

I highly recommend a donut. I just got a pair with one and they're super comfortable and sit really low in the ear. Martinis bothered me and did stretch the piercings in the past, so I avoid them.
