Dominion Jewelers vs. Aspen Jewelry Design?

Anyone in Northern VA have experience with either/both of these places? I''m trying to decide on having a custom setting made, and those are the two places that I''ve had recommended to me. I''m not looking for the "cheapest" option, but I want the best value. Is there a better choice between the two? Anyone I''m overlooking?
