Dog dies on United Flight

Just wrong. Overhead is meant to carry luggage, not kill a puppy. People, meaning every human on that plane, A living breathing Being is dying above your head. Everyone who knew was allowing it to happen. I am appalled at the callousness of people.

As I said on the other thread, I would have caused a scene, even as just a stranger to the situation. I would probably have faced jail time to be honest, because once I set my mind to something, I'm not going to let go. I would never have let that happen in my presence and to heck with any consequences. Land the plane and throw me off, but you're not going to potentially kill an animal in front of me.

Very sorry for the owners, and for the dog. My son likes French bulldogs, I didn't allow him to read the story.

United switched other couple of dogs, too. Sent an old German shepherd to Japan instead of Kansas (she was lucky to survive). And the owners waiting in Kansas receive the Great Dane.
