Does whiteflash trade up policy apply to bracelets?

just wondering. tommorrow''s sunday, i''m assuming no one will be there if i call. i can''t decide between the 1 and 1.5 ct bangle and i figured if i chose the the 1 ct and decided later i wanted the 1.5ct, i could just upgrade it. does the whiteflash upgrade policy apply to bracelets too? i just want it for everyday use, so 1 ct will probably do anyway, but i just like my bases covered! thanks

Isis~goddess - Not sure about the upgrade policy, however, I did find this on the Whiteflash website ...

Do you accept trade-ins if the diamond was purchased from Whiteflash?
"Yes. We have a lifetime trade-up policy. We will credit you with 100% of the original diamond purchase price towards a diamond of greater value."

The bracelets tend to be mades with ACA''s, therefore, I think the upgrade policy may well apply...

With regards to them being closed tomorrow ... give them a shot. Leave a msg, if need be. You''d be surprised, often the sales team is either working from home or checking in to see if there are msgs etc every now and then. Or try emailing and someone will get back to you.

I was surprised when I called on a Saturday and someone answered and was happy to help me.
