It does have a definite tint that I wouldn't expect to be obvious in an H, but could it be a reflection of surroundings? Could somebody have been wearing yellow?
Lower H is what I’d say. And in my experience, ovals, pears and marquis stones with bow ties always appear a bit darker than ones without, all being equal - including color.
As @caolsen said above, certain cuts show greater tint, *because* of their cut. Ovals, for example, concentrate color on the ends where the facets are more numerous and - crowded, if you like - reflecting in and off themselves, intensifying the color.
Having said that - I'm also with @Ally T; I wouldn't buy this without a different report - in this instance, a GIA cert, tho you would probably be charged for that. If you don't want to pay for that - then just go with what you can already see ie it's quite tinted. As I suggested in your previous thread, bezel it in yellow gold and it will look fine. But if you want it in platinum, it would be too tinted in my opinion.
Where are you based? HRD has a good reputation in Europe.
Relatively unheard-of in the US though, so if you're buying in the US the obvious question is why the retailer decided against sending the stone to the US-industry accepted authority (GIA). https://www.diamonds.net/News/NewsItem.aspx?ArticleID=43417
I've only seen two HRD stones (one I own). Both also had/have GIA reports. HRD was/is harder on colour than GIA in both cases.
None of that matters if you think this oval is too tinted.
