16% is fine if it is that, it looks a lot lower than that in the video.
However the all of the virtual facets on one side going dark at the same time is still bad.

Thank you, Karl. I’m looking at these two now. One of the sale reps mentioned that the 6.90 ”looks soft on the right side,” I guess meaning the facets aren’t crisp enough? Does it look bad?
