Hi there everyone ~
Just was wondering how many states now have banned personal use of fireworks?
Some states allow certain kinds of fireworks for personal use, while some do not, and some (*very few) still allow the "real" fireworks (The ones that go way up in the air).
In my state ... Oregon ... We still have fireworks for personal use ... Nothing that is supposed to go over 12-13 feet. Most ground spinners are illegal in certain counties due to grass fire risk. Metal tip sparklers are illegal too.
In Washington ... they still allow areial types for personal use. *these are the "real" ones, however, last year they did away with the "Real" brick of firecrackers.
If your state allows personal use of fireworks, will you be lighting any off this year?
Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe 4th of July!
