Does GOG negotiate?

I was considering going to GOG, but I checked the prices on the website first. Do they drop the price even more if you pay by cash or the cheapest it will get is the bank wire discount?

I'm not sure, but I'd be inclined to think that the bankwire transfer would be as good as cash.

Has anyone had any experiences buying both the stone and setting from GOG? Will they negotiate on the setting?
